Dazzling: Emma Watson smoulders on the front cover of U.S. Vogue
Harry Potter actress Emma Watson has cast her magic once again and looks bewitching as a cover girl on the front of U.S. Vogue.
The 21-year-old star look spellbinding as she flirts with the camera showing off her pixie haircut and blood red lipstick.
With the Hogwarts franchise now behind her, the homegrown talent talks about life after broomsticks and growing up in the spotlight.
In the interview, the Brit beauty reminisced about sharing relationship advice with co-star Daniel Radcliffe, saying: 'We would help each other compose texts to our most recent flames.'
The English rose enjoyed a brief fling with One Night Only frontman George Craig, but has complained that her fame often interferes with her love life as men don't approach her.
Emma also said she struggles to live a normal life, hailing rock legend Patti Smith as her inspiration.
Striking: Watson is looking forward to life outside the Harry Potter bubble
Speaking of Patti's 2010 memoir Just Kids, Emma said: 'I want to live like Patti. I want to write like Patti.
'The book was so honest and brave. I loved the way she sees the world.
'I really felt that life was more beautiful after I read it and I felt more hopeful.'
Emma said that playing the role of Hermione was easy, as she is similar to the fictional character.
Single and ready to mingle: Although no short of male attention, Watson laments her generation's style of romance
'Hermione is so close to who I am as a person that I've never really had to research a role.
'I'm literally rediscovering what it means to be an actress.'
She added: 'I have felt for the last 10 years I have had this battle; I've been fighting so hard to have an education.
'It's been this uphill struggle. I was Warner Bros' pain in the butt. I was their scheduling conflict.
'I was the one who made life difficult.'

New look: Watson's dramatic make-up is a world away from her Harry Potter persona of Hermione
But despite her quest for a 'normal life', Emma announced she was leaving Brown University in March to defer her course for 'a semester or two' while she helps promote the release of the second Deathly Hallows film.
She is expected to return in the next academic year this autumn.

Toned: Emma Watson showed off her flat stomach in a pink crop top and low-slung leggings as she hit the gym in Pittsburgh yesterday
As Hermione Granger in Harry Potter, Emma Watson rarely has an occasion to show off her figure.
But, clearly proud of her toned physique, the 21-year-old actress decided to wear a pink sports bra and very low-slung leggings to display her toned midriff as she hit the gym.
Emma teamed her exercise clothes with a grey jumper tied around her waist and a headband to keep her hair out of her eyes.
Athletic: Emma, who is in Pittsburgh to film her new movie, has been keeping busy with regular trips to the gym
And as well as staying healthy physically, Emma also seemed to be keen to remain emotionally sound, and was spotted carrying a copy of the self-help book A 3rd Helping of Chicken Soup for the Soul as she left the gym after her workout.
Emma has clearly been working hard on her physique, with not an inch of fat to be seen on her lean figure as she headed back to her temporary home in Pittsburgh yesterday.
However, talking about her figure recently, Emma said staying slim isn't something she constantly worries about - she is more concerned about staying healthy.
Book worm: Emma was reading A 3rd Helping of Chicken Soup for the Soul
In a recent inerview, Emma said: 'It's just not something that I aspire to, to be super-skinny. It's not inspirational at all for me.
'I'm lucky that I'm this size naturally. I don't diet...I love chocolate and pasta and I love baking. I make a great raspberry amaretto cake!
'There is so much pressure on girls our age to be smart and pretty and funny and skinny - they have to be everything.
'I definitely know what that pressure is like, but my philosophy is to eat what you like and be healthy and exercise.'
Fashionista: Emma recently topped a best-dressed poll thanks to her red carpet outfit choices, seen here left at the BAFTAs in February, and right at the most recent Harry Potter premiere last year
Screen star: Emma as Hermione Granger with Daniel Radcliffe as Harry Potter and Rupert Grint as Ron Weasley in Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows: Part 1
Emma is in Pittsburgh working on her latest film The Perks Of Being A Wallflower.
She plays high school senior Sam in the film, adapted from the 1999 book by Stephen Chbosky.
Sam and step-brother Patrick take protagonist Charlie under their wings and expose him to their hard-partying, drug-fuelled world.
The hard-hitting storyline deals with suicide, abortion, homosexuality and child abuse, and the film is slated for release next year.
