Frothy Mix: "This is, in my opinion, a conscious effort on the part of the left, who has a huge influence on our curriculum, to desensitize America to what American values are so they are more pliable to the new values that they would like to impose on America." Ed Shultz goes right to the Palin clips. Hah!

At yesterday's GOP debate, former Sen. Rick "Frothy Mix" Santorum denounced Indiana Gov. Mitch Daniels for calling for a truce on social issues during the coming presidential campaign.

Fox News has terminated its contracts with Rick Santorum and Newt Gingrich in anticipation of their presidential campaigns. The network had suspended the pair in early March.

Mr. Santorum filed paperwork with the Federal Election Commission this week to officially explore a campaign for the nomination. He was set to participate in a debate in Greenville, S.C., Thursday night hosted by Fox News, the first debate of the 2012 election cycle. Mr. Gingrich announced his intention to form an exploratory committee earlier this year and is expected to formally take that step later this month. Both men have traveled extensively this year to meet with potential supporters in the early primary states.

We have to continue to be vigilant in going after this enemy, when we’ve seen, if anything from this administration, is a lack of leadership, an indecisiveness, a confusion in dealing with the troubles that have erupted, particularly in the Middle East during this presidency. We’ve seen a lack of conviction, a lack of resolve. Maybe, again, that will change as a result of this success over the weekend." - Former Sen. Rick "Frothy Mix," joining a chorus of very faint praise from GOP candidates.
